Strategy & Leadership

Digital Strategy & Executive Leadership

Digital strategy is not about slide decks. It is about making hard choices. As a consultant, I bridge the gap between the C-Suite's vision and the technical reality of getting the job done. I focus on governance, resourcing, and removing the roadblocks that kill projects.

Challenges this solves

Most digital strategies fail during execution. I help executives build realistic roadmaps and align teams to turn goals into shipped work. This work includes diagnostic assessments, strategic planning, business case development, and hands-on leadership during implementation.

Shiny Object SyndromeTeams chasing the latest trend like TikTok or AI without a business case.
The Execution GapGreat vision from the board but the operations team lacks the plan to build it.
Vendor Lock-inBeing stuck with expensive legacy software because no one planned the exit.
Data SilosSales, Marketing, and Service teams refusing to share data.

Questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

We already have a marketing manager. Why do we need a strategist?

A marketing manager runs the engine. A strategist builds the map. If your team is busy but you are not growing, you likely need better direction rather than more execution. I help your manager focus on the right things.

Do you just deliver a PDF and leave?

No. A strategy document that sits in a drawer is useless. I typically stay on to oversee the first 90 days of execution. This helps the roadmap actually start moving.

Digital transformation sounds expensive. Is it?

Bad transformation is expensive. Fixing broken processes usually saves money in the long run by cutting manual labour and wasted ad spend. My goal is to make the strategy pay for itself.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes. I often act as the translator between you and your agency to confirm they are delivering actual value rather than just vanity metrics.

How long does a typical engagement last?

A strategy audit and roadmap usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Implementation support can run from 3 to 12 months depending on the project.

Ready to talk?

Whether the work has stalled or you are starting from scratch, the first conversation is always free and informal.
