Over twenty years and more than 100 projects, I have worked with organisations ranging from government departments and national real estate groups to community service providers and manufacturing businesses. The projects below represent a cross-section of that work.

Each engagement involved direct, hands-on delivery. Rather than managing a junior team from a distance, I was the person in the systems, building the dashboards, configuring the platforms, training the staff, and reporting the results. That is the difference between advisory consulting and the way I work.

Sector matters less than shape. A dashboard problem in property and an attribution problem in a software company are the same problem wearing different clothes: several systems describing one reality in incompatible terms, and nobody able to say which number is right. If a project below is not in your industry, read it for the shape rather than the sector.
