Technology Digital Marketing, AI & MarTech Consulting

I help technology companies and scale-ups build growth systems that hold up as they grow and fix the attribution that tells them what is working. The usual picture is spend rising faster than the systems and clarity behind it, so growth gets expensive and hard to read.

The challenges technology faces

Growth systems that do not scale

What worked at small volume breaks as spend and channels multiply.

Broken attribution

Long, multi-touch journeys defeat last-click reporting, so budget decisions are guesses.

Leadership gaps

Founders or junior teams run marketing without senior strategic cover.

Tool sprawl

Stacks grow faster than anyone can connect or measure them.

The approach for technology

Put the systems and the reporting in before pouring on more spend. Fix attribution so decisions are grounded, connect the stack, and add senior leadership so growth scales without getting blurry.

Questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

Our attribution is a mess. Can it be fixed?

Usually, and it is worth doing before you spend more. The work connects the journey across touchpoints so you can see what actually drives pipeline instead of crediting whatever came last. Until that is true, every optimisation decision is being made on a number nobody should trust.

We are not ready for a full-time CMO. What then?

A fractional arrangement puts senior leadership on the problem at the level you need now. It works when the gap is in deciding what marketing should do. If the gap is that work is not getting done, you need delivery capacity first, and I will say so.

Where does AI add value for us?

In growth operations and the repetitive work behind campaigns and reporting: qualifying, summarising, drafting and routing. That is where it removes real effort. The weakest uses are the ones bolted onto a product because the category expects it.

Advisory only, or hands-on?

Both. Fractional leadership at one end, hands-on attribution and MarTech work at the other. Scale-ups often need the second more than the first, because the strategy is usually sound and the systems underneath it are not.
