RUN YOUR OWN AI SESSION

A complete 60-minute AI session for your team. Run it yourself, no facilitator needed.

What's inside

  1. 1

A minute-by-minute agenda that survives a real meeting room

  2. 2

Two exercises with copy-paste prompt scaffolds

  3. 3

The debrief questions and the fortnight follow-up where the habit forms

One email with the file. One follow-up with a single question. Nothing else.

If you would rather have this done with you than to you, this is the work I do. See services

A full sixty minutes you can run yourself

A complete session plan with timings, discussion prompts, a hands-on exercise and the questions that surface where people are already using AI without telling anyone. Written to be run by whoever books the room, with no facilitator, no slides to prepare and no prior AI expertise required, and training work scales it further.

Run it before you write a policy

Most organisations write an AI policy in the abstract, then discover it does not match how their team actually works. Running the session first tells you what is already happening, which makes the policy shorter and much more likely to be followed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need AI experience to run this session?

No. The plan includes the prompts and the timings, and the exercise works with free tools. Your job is to keep time and let people be honest about what they are already doing.

How many people should attend?

Six to twelve. Below that the discussion is thin, above that the hands-on part stops working and it becomes a presentation, which is not what this is for.

What comes out of the session?

A picture of current usage, the tasks your team wants help with, and the concerns worth addressing. That is the raw material for a policy or a training plan, and it is more accurate than a survey.
